1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from its description.

Non-eligible Items:

  • Used items, products without quality issues, or items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for returns.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect along with your order number.
  3. After verifying the issue, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

In case your order is incorrect or missing items:

  1. Contact us within 7 days at contact.aureaemporium@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.
  2. We will review your request and arrange to send the correct items or issue a refund.

4. Return Process

To return a product:

  1. Contact us at contact.aureaemporium@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the item.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return (defective, wrong item, etc.).
  3. We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund or exchange.

Note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • The return must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your payment provider or bank for further information.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders that are not reported within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
  • Products returned without prior authorization.

7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, we may have started processing your order, and cancellations may no longer be accepted.
